I’m a college dropout musician with entrepreneurial tendencies.

Didn’t start focusing on who I was until 26, (29 going on 30) oh and I will probably lose potential fans, but I like dudes.

Made tons of mistakes.
Financial.
Relational.
Failed to do all the “right” things society demands of people. i.e. getting into the “right” college, making the “right” career moves, etc.

You know, I am tired of living with fear all the time. Surrendering. To what? Some magical payoff when I am 65?

There. I shared the scary “horrible” truth. Human just like everyone else.

I’d rather die living, that spend life preparing to die.

Fear is an absolutely basic emotion, the purest form of emotion that we experience.

It’s interesting that this post is in response to so much hate mail, because HATRED is actually a response to fear. Fear is the emotion that underlies hatred. Interesting irony.

You’re doing to right thing: analyze your fear and use this new knowledge to propel yourself forward.

Thank you for this great insight. There is more like this in Osho’s book – Courage the joy of living dangerously (also talks about courage not being the absence of fear but rather total presence of fear with the guts to face it).

And I love the joke about the BIG THREE in the first line.. I’m assuming its a joke..

Holy jeez that’s a lotta comments. Usually, I try to read through all of them but DANG! That a lotta comments…sorry. I’m not really one for cursing, but you use it in good will (does that make sense?) and not every other word like some other people, so i’m fine with that. :) I used to be SO scared about posting my story on fanfiction, and it’s actually gotten a lot of compliments, tho there’s a lotta remarks about my grammar. grr…i hate english. chinese is hard to write but easier to understand…ngh. anywho, this is very interesting, great job on here!!! love the bluntness, love the personality, love the advice. what exactly are blogs ‘spose to be for? informing or helping or just putting down stuff or WHAT? i’m so confused about them. could you please help? i love the quote, i’ll be checking in from time to time now.
