		<description>I&#039;ve started planning each hour recently, and it&#039;s caused me to be much, much more productive while staying relatively calm.

However, every once and a while, I avoid a specificly planned schedule for a day if I can (if I don&#039;t have meetings, deadlines, etc.).  I do this because it&#039;s a treat for me.  I enjoy having some days where I&#039;m just free.

As I mature and grow more accustomed to having a plan, I&#039;m guessing I won&#039;t need these days off.  Right now, it helps me avoid feeling constrained or stressed.</description>
