Have you heard of the old marketing acronym AIDA?
According to the charming people at Wikipedia:
“AIDA is an acronym used in marketing and advertising that describes a common list of events that may occur when a consumer engages with an advertisement.”
AIDA stands for:
- Attention, (or make them know.)
- Interest, (or make them care.)
- Desire, (or make them want.)
- Action, (or make them do something.)
Throughout this entertaining series, we're going to talk about each one as it applies to sending emails that people will notice, open, and maybe even take action on.
