I mean we don&#039;t want to know the vodka maker, we want to drink his vodka, end of story.  We&#039;re glad we know where to get it, it&#039;s there, we buy it.  We&#039;re not hoping maybe he&#039;s going to be there, IN PERSON, at the very store we buy it at.  Likewise, how much do we need to know about his day?  About his story and how he became a vodka maker?  How much are we going to read about the vodka maker&#039;s blog with all his favorite books?  Do we really care? no.

Solve problems, because no one cares about you.  They care about you only AFTER you solve problems, yes indeed- if you are lucky they will.  

I think you have something there.  Social media is just a tool to solve more problems in more ways but it doesn&#039;t change the fact that no one gives a rats rear end about you.  (cynical?  Not really when you consider it&#039;s just an opportunity to serve.)</description>
