Would appreciate any help in how to maintain my website without a webmaster. Is this possible for a novice?

Also, a source for renewing my website domain name at a fair price.

Thanks...Pete

I'd never heard of Stompernet until I came across this discussion. I read every post and came away thinking --if Stompernet is sleazy and manipulative with how they sell online --why in heaven's name should I want to learn online selling from them? No thanks!

Even if they have truly fine things to teach me, that one point immediately cancels any trust I would have in their instruction. There's no way I would ever, ever want to make a customer feel that ripped off. Anyone who would do that is NOT someone I want to learn from.

Hey ---- I was going to dig up the money to do this but after reading --- Not! I have tried the Internet Business and spent about $7,000 in 4 months trying to get started with something but what was always promised never came. Then Needam came along and told me for $500 they would get me a Blog going which I am still doing and no more money required. Gave me 3 months then here we go!! Called me at 10P at night while my husband on a ventilator 'from heart attack wanting more money ---- was do it --- tell him later. I still Blog everyday ---- hear from them about every 3/4 months wanting more money!! How, where, when do you ever know when something is going to be legit?!. I work hard to make my Blog good but don't think They will ever sell it. $.63 after all your bills are paid doesn't cut it but putting out money for trusting people doesn't seem to be the right thing either. Back to the drawing board, I quess.

I have changed my mind. The difficulty in canceling was ridiculous but the quality of their information is really good. I have way too much to study at home right now but I put StomperNet at the top of the list.

When I study StomperNet I have big realizations even on the seemingly obvious. Then I apply it to my websites immediately and I get increased traffic and revenue. Its quite valuable.

StomperNet is overpriced regurgitated information freely found on the internet. Their customer support and distribution (extremely slow, dvds arrive scratched and damaged from shoddy packaging/broken dvd cases) is a joke. Once you give them your credit card, good luck canceling and/or trying to get your money back.

You spend thousands of dollars with them and they treat you like crap. Stay away!

StomperNet, like so many other companies, simply targets the naive, gullible, and desperate and then charges them a ridiculous fee for information that anyone can find on the internet.

Never, never deal with this company. The customer service is abominable. They promise everything under the sun, charge a king's ransom, and deliver practically nothing.

I literally stumbled upon StomperNet's blog and subsequently watched a couple of their marketing videos, one of which was a testimonial that was about as believable as the existance of 'Bigfoot'.

Low and behold, after reading the followup comments, which were suspiciously all positive. I posted something similar to this comment and it never passed moderation (it was polite, yet skeptical in nature). It would seem that even the positive comments they allow are part of their marketing.

To me, sites like StomperNet are obviously no different from the 'Paid Commercials' that pervade TV. But, admittedly what's obviously bullshit to me, is an ideology to others.
