There's a lot to be said for realizing that business can be conducted with humor and sincerity at the same time. The corporate drab that seems to afflict most major corporation is the result of having an enormous user base that you try not to offend - I suppose that the benefit of being an IttyBiz is the ability to tell customers you don't want things that they don't want to hear - like the simple fact that you're human, have a sense of humor about what you do, and attempt, at least a little bit, to enjoy your work.
