The People Have Spoken!

Thank you to everyone who took the time to enter the IttyBiz Jump Start contest. We’ll be announcing the lucky winner by Monday, so stay tuned for that.
The feedback we’ve received has been amazing. You’ve shared your stories and your concerns and your struggles and it’s given us a great idea of what you need to know to make working from home work.

It seems that no matter where you are in the home business process, there are two things you need: money and time. (Throw sex in there and we’ve basically got the Holy Trinity of Stuff People Want More Of.) Whether you’ve been running your business from home for ten years now or feel like you’re ten years away from being able to quit your day job, the problems are the same.

Based on your feedback, we’re going to run a series of tutorials over the next four weeks.

We’ll devote a week to each of the topics in which you’ve expressed interest. Here’s the breakdown of how the whole thing is going to go:

Week One: Managing Your Time
Week Two: Making and Managing Your Money
Week Three: Marketing Your Home Based Business, Online and Offline
Week Four: The Psychology of Working From Home.

We’ll still be running Moral of the Story posts and Case Studies of other successful home businesses, but we’ll run them on the weekends for the duration of the tutorials.
