Happiness and unhappiness are the 2 sides of the same coin. There are lots of ups and downs in life. Now, when I am down or in trouble, I go for a long walk, all alone and think and think about what went wrong, What could have avoided the situation etc. Blame me, not others. On return, I write in a piece of paper, all the probable but practical options for recovery. Choose one and work brick by brick...and try to recover... most of the time it worked.
