Consulting is OPEN!!! And it’s on SALE.

To celebrate my husband getting deported (OK, not actually deported, but close enough) and us going back to Canada, we’re having a 2 for 1 Sale On Consulting!

The type of consulting we’re doing is part of the IttyBiz Summer Collection, and as such, it’s special. It’s something we’ve never done before.

We used to do consulting in one hour chunks. That was good, but it didn’t leave a lot of time for follow-up and homework and all that organic business building stuff that, you know, builds your business. We also found that we didn’t have a system in place for people telling us all the background information.

So what we’ve done is created a unique package of two hours plus introduction and follow-up homework. You buy two hours for the price of one, using one soon and the other in the fall.

The first hour is to fix the problems in your biz right now and figure out action steps for the next few months. The second hour is to take a few moments to celebrate how far you’ve come and make a plan for the future so you don’t have to keep hiring marketing consultants and buying ebooks and waking up at four in the morning unable to breathe.

Isn’t that fun? You get to breathe again. Hurray!

We’re not too picky about when you schedule your consult, but I’ll be in Canada so my schedule will probably be a lot more like your schedule than it was before. To get the most benefit from this, you’ll probably want to schedule your first appointment sooner rather than later so that you can start getting the awesomeness now. You know, rather than then.

How to book your consulting slot:

15 spaces are available for this promotion, so if you know this is something you’re going to want, waiting is probably not the best idea.

Is your ittybiz new or existing? (Feel free to elaborate if your answer is complicated.)

How much money are you making with it currently? How much money would you LIKE to be making. (The best way to think about the latter question is this… we want the number that would make you happy. Not resigned. Not elated. Just happy. Somewhere between eating ramen noodles and buying a yacht. For many people, this number is about the salary they would be making if they worked outside the home.)

What do you actually DO? (Or if your ittybiz is still only new or conceptual, what do you plan to do?)

Do you specialize? (If you’re a WordPress designer, do you specialize in websites for children’s book authors?)

What are you doing as far as marketing and promotion right now? (Be honest, list everything, and if the answer is “Um… nothing?” that’s fine, too.)

Where do you THINK you should be going? What do you THINK you should be doing next?

If you could tell me one problem about your ittybiz, what would it be? (Some potential answers are: I have lots of interest but no buyers. I can’t get traffic to my site. I can’t seem to finish anything I start.)
