These terms and conditions, together with IttyBiz’s privacy policy constitute the entire agreement between you and IttyBiz in relation to your use of this website, and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this website.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the governing law of the Province of Ontario, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Coaching Hours Expiration
Coaching hours are valid for 18 months after the date of purchase, at which time they expire.
Coaching / Consulting Cancellation Policy
Coaching calls can be canceled via email up to 12 hours before the scheduled call without penalty. To cancel an scheduled call, email [email protected].
Missed appointments (no-shows) will be debited against the existing bank of coaching hours.
Product Refunds
All products are bound by a 30-day refund period (from date of purchase), with no conditions or questions asked. To request a refund, email [email protected] and your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
Membership Cancellations
All membership cancellations made within 30 days of initial purchase can be fully refunded, with no conditions or questions asked. To request a refund, email [email protected] and your refund will be processed within 3 business days.
For existing membership payments, cancellations can be requested at any time by emailing [email protected]. Further payments will be cancelled, but previous payments are not refundable.
