A new brand / rebrand in 7 days? You can do it with these templates.

Naomi!Branding! Rebranding! It’s all everyone ever talks about, and they’re all saying the same thing: this is so freaking complicated.

I’m not a fan of complicated.

In fact, I’m a bit of a hater.

Sure, we all want great branding that makes us look good and pro and trustworthy to our audience and customer base… but getting it just perfect is crazymaking because shooting for perfect is impossible.

Can I let you in on a secret? Branding is actually pretty damn easy. I do it for clients all the time, and it doesn’t take long at all.

The reason it stretches out forever in so many cases is because people are asking all the wrong questions. They’re trying to figure out what their branding “needs” to be, instead of what makes a cohesive brand in the first place. (There are rules, people, and they’re easy.)

I’ll let you in on another secret. The way to do branding is pretty straightforward, and you don’t even need a designer to make your brand a great one.

All you need is a process that follows the 4 rules for branding, and a few templates to choose from.

So can we just skip all the branding stress and make it easier already?

I made something for you.

It’s called Plug & Play Branding.

The purpose of this product is to get you consistent, coherent, and contemporary branding across the entire internet in less than one week.

From high level (“what’s my brand about, anyway?”) all the way down to fonts, colors, and images, you can do it all, faster than you ever thought you could.

Literally – we're going to cover everything you need.

Your new brand. In one week.

Perfectly you, perfectly consistent.

Let’s talk about the how, shall we?

Everything's easier with a template.

A brand is like a recipe – in fact, it’s exactly like a recipe.

And recipes include only the ingredients that are absolutely necessary for the dish.

Now that’s not 100% true – sometimes they add extra things. Like garnish and spices and little bits of this and that. But all those things are specifically chosen not to clash with the main recipe. Anything extra must improve and compliment what’s already there.

That’s true with branding, too. There are only a handful ingredients you need, and they simply need to be combined and cooked up in the right way. It’s no more complex than those articles with titles like How to Cook Perfect Scrambled Eggs Every Time.

Recipes are easy to follow. You can whip one up in short order.

We’re going to do the same with your brand (or rebrand).

Inside Plug & Play Branding, I’m going to give you the recipe to cook up a perfect brand, every time.

Only what you need to know.

Exactly how to cook it up.

Directions that are so easy to follow – and templates to choose from along the way – so that you really can do this in 7 days.

If branding feels hard to you now, get ready for it to start feeling easy.

Here’s how we’ll make it happen for you.

Plug & Play Branding is – I promise – the easiest way to get a new brand in place in 7 days.

Again, my goal for you is this: To get you consistent, coherent, and contemporary branding across the entire internet in less than one week.

So I’ve designed each component in the Plug & Play Branding process to make that goal easily achievable – and something you can start on as soon as you download the package. (Nobody needs to schedule a meeting with a designer now, or ever.)

No learning curves, no hard decisions, just specific, detailed recipes that show you what to do each day for 7 days to get your new brand decided and in place.

It’s called Plug & Play for a reason. :)

And just like a recipe – you can just cut straight to the deciding-your-brand part, now.

Here’s what you’ll find in your copy of Plug & Play Branding.

Day 1: Branding For Your Ittybiz

On Day 1, we’re going to put the foundation in place for your spiffy new brand. In this module, we’ll focus on a few core things:

First, you’re going to learn the two main objectives of branding – what you’re shooting for.

Next, you’re going to learn what’s different about branding at the ittybiz level.

After that, you’re going to learn the four building blocks of branding for solopreneurs.

And last, a quick run-through of what waits for you tomorrow.

By the end of today’s lesson, you’ll have all the important fundamentals in
place, and you’ll be ready to hit the ground running.

Day 2: Colors

On Day 2, we’re going to get you a color scheme that works for your brand-new brand. (Ha!)

You’ll learn the only 2 things you need to consider when choosing your branding colors, and the 5 color types you need to decide on up front.

I’ll also give you advice on how to select your particular color scheme, and include a set of 100 color palette templates you can choose from – with specific commentary on each and every one of them.

Day 3: Font Selection

On Day 3, we’ll simplify one of the most difficult-to-make decisions people have when trying to brand on their own – font selection.

People are slayed by this one. Reasonable, smart people have an easier time deciding on a house or a husband or a baby name than they do with fonts.

Inside this document, I’ll give you a little hack that can give you a font you’re happy by the end of the day. (And some market-proven font templates to choose from if you just want to get it done NOW.)

Day 4: Theme Selection

I’ve saved your website theme until day four.

This way we can get a few quick wins under your belt – you have your colors and you have your fonts, so now you already have two of the major components that are going to go into your theme once you set it up.

I’ve also saved theme until day four because so many people get stuck – and I mean permastuck – when it comes to choosing a theme.

Whether they’re running WordPress or SquareSpace or whatever, somehow picking a theme becomes a high-stakes, has-to-be-perfect, searching-for- Mr.-Right endeavor. It’s worse than choosing fonts.

My goal with this document is to help you do it in an hour or two. By telling you what to look for – and what you don’t need to worry about – maybe we can make this whole process go smooth and easy.

Also? I have a dozen Naomi-approved themes you can just choose from immediately if you want to play hooky the rest of the day.

Day 5: Brand Look & Feel

By now you’ve figured out your brand colors, your fonts, and your new website theme (should you be setting up a new one). Excellent! You’ve made major progress so far.

Now we’re going to focus on your brand’s tone – the basic look and feel that makes up the “personality” of your brand.

People often struggle with this part, thinking that it has to be complex and detailed and “just right” – usually because the stakes feel high.

Because we’re talking about your brand’s personality, it evokes the same concerns we inherently have about our own personality. We all want to be liked, and it can feel even more important in business, where we’re depending on people to “like us” enough to want to send their money our way.

I’m going to take some of the pressure off of you in this module. When it comes to your brand’s personality, there is no “right” way to define it, because there’s no “right” answer. Your brand’s personality isn’t there to ensure your success as a business. It’s actually there for something different.

In this module, you’ll find out why – and then things will feel a lot easier for you, and you’ll be able to make your decisions with confidence.

Day 6: Logos and Images

On Day 6, we’ll talk about the visual components of your brand – your photos and pictures, your icons and graphics, and your logo.

This part is not hard at all.

In fact, once I walk you through my plug-and-play image selection process, you’ll be able to choose and/or create images quickly, easily and with confidence that every one of them will fit in perfectly with your own unique branding.

This day is my favorite one, because it’s where images and logos get easy, forever. Follow my steps, put a few of my image hacks in place, and the visuals on your website will become as easy for you as bolding or italicizing text is in a Word document. (Seriously.)

You’ll also get a special video I’ve created for you called 5 Logos in 10 Minutes where I’ll demonstrate exactly how easily you can create a unique logo that fits your brand – even if you have no design sense whatsoever.

Day 7: Social Media and Headshots

You’ve made it through to Day Seven, and all of the “hard” work is now behind you.

At this point, all of your major decisions are made, and it’s just a few more integration steps to go.

Today, we’re wrapping up with two branding elements that are pretty simple, and pretty once-and-done. We’re talking about your social media branding and your headshot.

I’ll give you the 3 options you have for getting good headshots in place, as well as my advice on how to get them right the first time.

Then we’ll cover the few-and-easy steps to take to get your branding consistent across social media in a jiffy.

And then…

Then…

You’re done. Just like that. A new, professional-level brand in one week or less.

Can I interest you in a bonus, while we’re here?

The Big Brand, Small Budget Guidebook

I have a special bonus for you that I think you’re going to like, and it’s called The Big Brand, Small Budget Guidebook.

“Big Branding” usually costs “big money”, which is often in short supply for an ittybiz owner.

Fortunately, there are a ton of free (and low-cost) things you can do to elevate your brand and make it look much bigger than it is, right from the start.

In this guide, I’ll walk you through dozens of options that you can put into practice to take your current brand and make it look like you spent a relative fortune on it.

Now you know everything that’s inside.

Come! See how easy branding (or rebranding!) can be with these templates at your side.
